JOIN THE ROYAL TOUCH TEAM

Royal Touch Mobile Services LLC is looking for motivated, professional Mobile Detailers to join our growing team.

Whether you have years of experience or are completely new to detailing, we can train you on our Royal Touch detailing process and standards.

 VEHICLE REQUIREMENT

You must have a clean, reliable car, van, or truck that is suitable for professional mobile detailing services.

You must also carry automobile insurance in your name and provide proof of coverage as required.

 EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION

Depending on the position and arrangement available, opportunities may be structured as:

• W-2 Employee

• 1099 Independent Contractor

Your classification will be determined based on the actual working arrangement and applicable federal and state requirements.

 AVAILABILITY

We are looking for detailers who can commit to a minimum of 3 days per week.

 CHEMICALS & SUPPLIES

We provide the chemicals and towels needed for our detailing services.

If you need equipment, we can discuss what equipment may be provided based on your position and arrangement.

 EQUIPMENT & ROYAL TOUCH STANDARDS

When arriving at a customer's home or workplace, you represent the Mr. Royal Touch brand.

We want every Royal Detailer to look professional—not like a random person showing up in a personal vehicle.

If you provide your own equipment, it must meet our Royal Touch Standard Equipment Requirements, including approved specifications for items such as:

• Pressure washer

• Steamer

• Vacuum

• Other required detailing equipment

This helps us maintain consistent quality across every customer appointment.

 PROFESSIONAL VEHICLE BRANDING

We provide magnetic Royal Touch vehicle signs.

Simply place the magnetic branding on your vehicle while working and remove it when your shift is complete.

This allows your personal vehicle to maintain a professional, branded appearance while you're representing the company.

 UNIFORMS

We will provide, at minimum, a branded Royal Touch T-shirt.

Your uniform must be kept clean, neat, and professional while working.

When you arrive at a customer's driveway, your vehicle branding and uniform should immediately communicate professionalism and trust.

 COMPENSATION

Compensation will depend on your employment classification and whether you provide your own vehicle and/or equipment.

Possible compensation structures may include:

Percentage-Based Compensation

Detailers providing their own vehicle and equipment may be compensated through an agreed percentage of the completed job.

Hourly Compensation

Certain positions may be paid an hourly wage, depending on the position and employment classification.

Compensation terms will be clearly explained before you begin working.

 SERVICE AREA

Our mobile service area includes:

Delaware • Pennsylvania • New Jersey • Maryland

Detailers should be prepared to travel throughout their assigned service zone, including appointments within approximately a 40-mile radius of Wilmington, Delaware, depending on scheduling and service needs.

We use service zones to help control travel time, reduce unnecessary fuel costs, and keep appointment response times efficient.

 WE PROVIDE THE ROYAL TOUCH SYSTEM

You don't have to figure everything out yourself.

We'll train you on how we want our services performed—from the proper washing process to interior detailing, customer service, equipment use, and maintaining the Royal Touch standard.
